Project Overview

RCS conducted an initial organizational assessment — including desk reviews, one-to-one consultations, and a comprehensive gap analysis — and subsequently reviewed and revised CILO's salary and organizational structure. Through a participatory process, the following policies and procedures were finalized and formally endorsed by CILO's leadership:

  • Child Protection Policy
  • Code of Conduct
  • Communication Policy
  • Disability Inclusion Policy
  • Gender Policy
  • Human Resource Policy
  • PSEA Policy
  • Grievance Redress Mechanism Policy and Procedure
  • Whistleblowing Policy
  • Procurement Procedure

The assignment also included a structured capacity building and orientation programme for CILO staff and policy owners, and was concluded with a final consultancy report covering findings, recommendations, and follow-up actions.
